What began as an unexpected opportunity has grown into a career Caiden has made entirely her own. She joined the firm in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly discovered an interest in financial services, client relationships, and the many details that keep a financial planning firm running smoothly. Over the years, her willingness to learn and take on new challenges has helped her progress through multiple roles and into her current position as Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
Today, Caiden combines her operational expertise with a growing passion for marketing and communications. As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, she supports the firm's brand through website updates, social media content, marketing materials, events, and internal communications. Prior to stepping into this role, Caiden worked closely with clients and advisors, assisting with account servicing, insurance requests, money movements, and other key operational functions. That experience gave her a strong understanding of the client journey and the importance of delivering exceptional service. Whether managing a marketing project or supporting firm initiatives, Caiden is known for her attention to detail, organization, and genuine desire to make people feel heard, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Caiden enjoys reading, working out, spending time with family, and, of course, her dog, Frankie. She approaches life with an optimistic outlook and believes each day brings another opportunity to learn something, build a meaningful connection, or simply make someone smile.
