Selena earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward's University and later completed her MBA at University of Houston–Clear Lake. Since joining the legacy LifeBridge Financial Group at the start of her career, Selena has developed a reputation for making complex topics understandable and approachable. Whether helping clients evaluate compensation packages, navigate retirement planning, coordinate estate strategies, or think through major life decisions, she enjoys fitting together the many pieces of a financial life into a cohesive plan. As Senior Managing Partner of Advisory Services, she is equally passionate about building strong teams, refining processes, and creating a culture that delivers an exceptional experience for clients today and well into the future.
Originally from League City, Texas, Selena now lives in Iowa Colony with her husband, two children, two dogs, two cats, six chickens, and an ever-growing collection of fish. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and creating memorable experiences for family and friends. Whether hosting gatherings at home or helping her children navigate their own adventures, Selena is energized by growth, connection, and the opportunity to continually become a better version of herself.

As Senior Managing Partner of Operations, Rebekah plays a critical role in ensuring what clients see on the surface is backed by a strong foundation behind the scenes. Her leadership touches nearly every area of the firm, from client service and operations to team development, communications, and long-term strategic growth.
Over the last decade, Rebekah has grown alongside the firm, earning a reputation for her adaptability, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement. She oversees firm operations, accounting, budgeting, marketing, and people strategy, including the hiring, training, and development of support staff. While she enjoys solving operational challenges, the most rewarding part of what she does is investing in people and watching team members grow into confident professionals who deliver exceptional service to clients every day.
Rebekah has always called the Houston area home. Much of her time outside of work revolves around her children and their busy schedules, whether that's attending sporting events, coordinating activities, or simply enjoying time together. She also values strong friendships, quiet moments with a good book, and cheering on her favorite baseball team.

For more than 46 years, Michael Rudelson has built his career around relationships, stewardship, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. As Chairman of the Bluespring Wealth Houston office, he remains deeply passionate about working with clients and their families while helping shape the next generation of advisors who will carry those relationships forward.
Throughout his career, Michael has become known for his thoughtful perspective, deep understanding of market history and cycles, and unwavering commitment to the people he serves. In 1989, he founded Michael G. Rudelson & Company, later joining forces with the organization that would become part of today's Bluespring Wealth. While his experience and market knowledge are significant, Michael believes his greatest professional achievement is building a practice and team that will continue serving clients and their families for generations to come.
A proud Texan and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Michael enjoys traveling, collecting art, discovering new culinary experiences, and spending time with family and friends. He splits his time between Houston and New Orleans, a city he has long considered a second home. A proud father and grandfather, Michael counts the close relationships he has maintained throughout his life among his greatest accomplishments.

Carolyn Mora has spent more than 25 years helping successful individuals and families make sense of increasingly complex financial lives. As Managing Partner of the Dallas office for Bluespring Wealth, she works closely with business owners, executives, and physicians who have reached a stage where financial decisions become less about products and more about coordination, strategy, and long-term stewardship. Carolyn is known for her authenticity, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients see how the many moving pieces of their financial lives purposefully fit together.
Over the course of her career, Carolyn has built a distinct niche serving physicians by cultivating deep, longstanding relationships within hospital groups. She regularly helps clients navigate sophisticated financial planning decisions related to retirement income planning, wealth transfer strategies, and tax-sensitive investing. Her commitment to serving clients well has fueled a lifelong pursuit of professional growth. Carolyn has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designations, along with maintaining Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and a Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO license. She believes clients deserve an advisor who is continually learning, evolving, and staying ahead of an ever-changing financial landscape.
In addition to her work with individual clients, Carolyn also serves as a retirement plan advisor, helping employers design, manage, and enhance workplace retirement plans. She works closely with plan sponsors to support their fiduciary responsibilities while helping employees better understand their benefits, prepare for retirement, and make informed decisions about their future. Carolyn is passionate about expanding access to retirement readiness and helping participants build lasting financial security.
A lifelong Texan, Carolyn lives in Hurst with her husband, Jim. They have four daughters and six grandchildren who keep life full and active. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and serving her community through both the City of Hurst Boards and Commissions and the Pastoral Council at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. Whether serving clients, family, or her community, Carolyn is guided by a genuine desire to help others create opportunities, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impact for future generations.

Tim Hudson believes wealth has the greatest impact when it is aligned with purpose. For more than 25 years, he has helped individuals, families, retirees, and business owners use their financial resources intentionally, supporting the people, priorities, and goals that matter most to them.
Growing up as a pastor's son, Tim learned the importance of service, stewardship, and helping others. Those values continue to shape his approach and influence the way he serves clients and their families. They also sparked a lifelong passion for financial education, empowering people to make thoughtful decisions and gain clarity about their financial future.
Tim’s planning approach integrates retirement planning, tax-efficient wealth strategies, estate planning coordination, and business succession planning—bringing each element together to support the life clients want to build. One of the most rewarding aspects of his work is helping clients transition from building wealth to using it intentionally. Whether that means spending more time with family, supporting charitable causes, traveling, or pursuing long-held dreams, Tim enjoys helping clients turn years of preparation into a meaningful next chapter.

Grayson Palmer has never been one to stand on the sidelines. Whether he's helping clients navigate major financial decisions, summiting mountains, or exploring a new corner of the world, he's drawn to challenges that require preparation, perseverance, and a clear sense of direction. As Managing Partner of the Waco office, Grayson views his role much like a guide's: helping clients chart a course toward their goals while remaining by their side through every stage of the journey. His commitment is simple: when storms roll in or circumstances change, he'll be there to help clients stay focused on what matters most.
A Waco native and graduate of Louisiana State University, Grayson brings more than a decade of experience to his role and has been with the legacy LifeBridge Financial Group firm since 2019. In addition to his CFP® designation, Grayson also has his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Outside the office, Grayson embraces life with the same energy and curiosity he brings to his work. A passionate outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, hunting, traveling, and exploring new cultures both domestically and abroad. He volunteers as a scuba diver at Cameron Park Zoo, serves at Harris Creek Baptist Church, and is known for hosting family and friends around a table filled with Cajun food, wild game, or a perfectly cooked steak.

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services, Jamaal has served clients in both banking and wealth management advisory roles. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing trusted relationships, evaluating financial situations from multiple angles, and helping clients simplify complex financial decisions. Guided by a servant leadership philosophy, Jamaal believes the best advisors are those who put the needs of others first. He finds particular fulfillment in helping clients experience breakthrough moments, whether that means gaining a new perspective, identifying an opportunity they had not considered, or creating a clearer path forward. He earned his associate degree in accounting from Houston Community College and remains committed to expanding his expertise as he pursues his CFP® designation.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, with family roots in Douglas, Georgia, Jamaal is proud of his Haitian-American heritage and the perspective it brings to his work and life. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, grilling, golfing, fostering at-risk dogs, and volunteering in the community. He and his wife, Nimra, share their home with their dog, Breeches.

With a background as a 401(k) Consultant and Service Advisor, Blake delivers top-tier service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-lasting relationships. He is a licensed Financial Professional, holding Series 7 (General Securities) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) licenses.
A native of Texas, Blake resides in Grapevine with his fiancée and their Schnauzer-Poodle mix, Molly. He is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas and enjoys spending his free time playing video games with friends and socializing with family.

As Director of Client Service in Bluespring Wealth’s Cypress office, Jamie is passionate about solving problems and helping clients navigate important moments with ease.
With more than 16 years of experience in financial services, Jamie brings deep industry knowledge and a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to her role. Before joining the legacy Silverstar Wealth Management team, she spent more than a decade supporting advisors and clients through various client service and marketing roles. A graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha, Jamie is known for her responsiveness, professionalism, and knack for finding solutions that help both clients and colleagues move forward.
Jamie relocated to Texas with her husband, Matt, and two children, Gabby and Cooper, in 2020. As they prepare for an empty-nest chapter, Jamie is enjoying a new season of life centered around family, travel, and new experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys playing Mahjong and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Her work centers on ensuring each interaction reflects LifeBridge's commitment to exceptional service and leaves clients feeling valued and supported.
Andrea has had a unique journey in the financial services industry. After graduating with honors from the University of Leicester, Andrea began her career in London, England. Throughout her professional journey, Andrea has had the privilege of working in the wealth management division within Europe’s largest and internationally recognized banks. This experience lends her a valuable perspective of what it is like to manage financial affairs in two very different jurisdictions.
In 2017, Andrea and her husband moved to Houston. What originally was intended as a temporary relocation has become their cherished home. Outside of the office, Andrea treasures spending quality time with her family. She continues to indulge her passion for travel, seeking new experiences and cultural encounters. Andrea nurtures a keen interest in architecture and interior design, finding inspiration in the artistry and beauty of the built environment.

She has often been described as "the one who makes the train arrive on time," a compliment she proudly embraces.
Shawna's career in financial services began unexpectedly in 2000 when she accepted a part-time administrative role at the Lincoln Financial Dallas Regional Planning Office. What began as an introduction to the industry quickly developed into a lifelong career. Since joining the legacy Halcyon Wealth Advisors firm in 2004, she has become a trusted resource for clients, advisors, and team members alike, supporting everything from account servicing and business processing to operations and administrative support. She earned her Texas General Lines Agent (Life, Accident, Health & HMO) license in 2006, followed by her Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses in 2008. She also holds her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations.
A lifelong Texan, Shawna lives in Mesquite with her husband, Derick, and their son, Parker. Family is at the center of her life, and she is especially grateful to live just a few houses away from her mother. She also enjoys coming home to their dog, Koko, and tuxedo cat, Bandit, who are always waiting to greet her at the door.

From prepping meeting materials to helping clients navigate questions or processing funds, Denedra strives to make every interaction feel personal and stress-free.
She earned her Associate’s Degree from Kirkwood Community College and went on to achieve her FPQP® (Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional) designation. She hasn’t stopped yet; Denedra continues to pursue professional growth as she works toward earning her SIE certification.
Denedra is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, but now calls Houston home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, their daughter, and her two dogs. She loves trying new foods, exploring new places, and discovering new hobbies whenever she can.

Born in Chicago but raised in Texas, Genny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin before eventually making her way back to Houston in 2005. She joined the legacy LifeBridge firm in 2025, adding to an already extensive background in client service and financial operations.
Outside of work, Genny has a passion for food, cooking, and sharing memorable meals with others. She previously cooked professionally at a fine-dining restaurant in Austin and still loves experimenting in the kitchen today. She’s also a big fan of comedy, dogs, and being the go-to dog sitter for friends and family whenever needed.

Jacquelyn brings a rare combination of operational intelligence, investigative problem-solving, and unwavering client care to her role as a Client Service Associate at Bluespring Wealth in Waco. With more than two decades of experience in financial services and a lifelong exposure to the industry through her father’s advisory practice, Jacquelyn has built a reputation for bringing structure and clarity to even the most complex situations.
Beginning her financial services career during the height of the 2008 financial crisis sharpened Jacquelyn’s composure, decisiveness, and her ability to perform under pressure. She attended Stephens College before going on to build a career centered around operational strategy, compliance, workflow development, and client support.
Jacquelyn is a devoted mother who spends much of her time outdoors with her son, especially tending to their butterfly conservation projects. Her experiences both personally and professionally have shaped a deeply resilient and resourceful perspective on life. Guided by the British Military motto: “improvise, adapt, overcome,” Jacquelyn approaches challenges with curiosity, determination, and a steadfast commitment to finding meaningful solutions.

After spending six years as a math teacher, she transitioned into financial services to continue making a meaningful impact in people’s lives through a different lens. As a Senior Executive Assistant and Paraplanner in the Dallas office, Elle is known for her responsiveness, upbeat attitude, and commitment to creating an exceptional client experience.
A graduate of the University of North Texas, Elle supports clients with account maintenance, service requests, scheduling, and administrative tasks while also helping coordinate client events and engagement initiatives.
Originally from Trophy Club, Texas, Elle recently returned after spending time in both California and Virginia with her husband. Today, she enjoys being closer to family while raising her young son. Outside of work, Elle enjoys traveling, doing Pilates and playing pickleball, reading, and discovering new places and experiences. One item that remains high on her bucket list is exploring Italy.

Roni is a master of organization, efficiency, and making things happen behind the scenes. With more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives as well as extensive experience in marketing, she brings a rare combination of operational expertise, adaptability, and attention to detail to her role as an Executive Assistant with Bluespring Wealth. Known for her positive energy and approachable nature, Roni helps ensure both clients and team members feel supported while keeping the Waco office running smoothly.
A third-generation Dallas native, Roni now calls Waco home. Her role includes overseeing daily office operations, coordinating client engagement events, managing special projects, and partnering with team members across the organization to support efficient and consistent processes. She especially enjoys building relationships as she works to create a welcoming environment for everyone who interacts with the firm.
Outside of her professional life, Roni enjoys riding on the back of a Harley-Davidson, researching her family genealogy, and building intricately detailed dollhouses. She is an active member of the Daughters of the Nile and proudly supports Shriners Children’s Hospitals. Each year she donates a handcrafted dollhouse to the Shriners Love to the Rescue fundraiser, combining her creativity with her passion for giving back to the community she loves.
