Karla believes a great client experience begins the moment someone walks through the door. As Executive Assistant in Oklahoma City, she takes pride in helping clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for while ensuring advisors have everything they need for productive meetings. From coordinating schedules and preparing materials to supporting advisors and facilitating successful meetings, Karla thoughtfully oversees the details that help every client and advisor experience run smoothly.
Her history with the firm dates back to 2012, when she joined the legacy Oklahoma Financial Center as an Operations Assistant. After spending five years with another wealth management firm, she returned to the team in 2026. Karla studied French and education at Oklahoma State University, but her true passion has always been helping others and finding ways to make their jobs or lives a little easier.
Deep Oklahoma roots are also an important part of Karla’s story. Her great-grandparents arrived during the Land Run of 1889, and she grew up in Payne County before eventually settling in the Oklahoma City area. Outside of work, she is an avid reader with a love for all things literary and enjoys road trips with her husband, visiting museums, exploring history and music, and discovering new culinary interests.
