Carolyn Mora has spent more than 25 years helping successful individuals and families make sense of increasingly complex financial lives. As Managing Partner of the Dallas office for Bluespring Wealth, she works closely with business owners, executives, and physicians who have reached a stage where financial decisions become less about products and more about coordination, strategy, and long-term stewardship. Carolyn is known for her authenticity, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients see how the many moving pieces of their financial lives purposefully fit together.

Over the course of her career, Carolyn has built a distinct niche serving physicians by cultivating deep, longstanding relationships within hospital groups. She regularly helps clients navigate sophisticated financial planning decisions related to retirement income planning, wealth transfer strategies, and tax-sensitive investing. Her commitment to serving clients well has fueled a lifelong pursuit of professional growth. Carolyn has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®), and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designations, along with maintaining Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and a Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO license. She believes clients deserve an advisor who is continually learning, evolving, and staying ahead of an ever-changing financial landscape.

In addition to her work with individual clients, Carolyn also serves as a retirement plan advisor, helping employers design, manage, and enhance workplace retirement plans. She works closely with plan sponsors to support their fiduciary responsibilities while helping employees better understand their benefits, prepare for retirement, and make informed decisions about their future. Carolyn is passionate about expanding access to retirement readiness and helping participants build lasting financial security.

A lifelong Texan, Carolyn lives in Hurst with her husband, Jim. They have four daughters and six grandchildren who keep life full and active. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and serving her community through both the City of Hurst Boards and Commissions and the Pastoral Council at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. Whether serving clients, family, or her community, Carolyn is guided by a genuine desire to help others create opportunities, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impact for future generations.
